Graduated from law department of St.-Petersburg State University (Diploma with honour), additionally graduated from Foreign language courses of department of philology of St.-Petersburg State University.
At present time Diana is a candidate for a degree of PhD in law, a member of Lawyer’s Association of St.-Petersburg and Leningrad region. Since 2005 Diana is a practicing Attorney-at-Law.
Diana’s professional activity includes arbitration process, refund in court proceedings of excess VAT, customs payments withheld, contestation of taxation authorities’ decisions, representation of the client’s interests in arbitration proceedings, legal due diligence, monitoring of loans payable and accounts receivable with proposals on settlement of disputes with counterparties, legal support of transactions and investment projects.
