Graduated from law department of St.-Petersburg State University. Since 1995 Dmitry is a practicing Attorney-at-Law.

Dmitry specializes in real estate and land law, providing legal support for construction and investment projects. Dmitry has extensive experience of supporting investment projects in the electric power sector, timber, wood-working and pulp-and-paper industries (including Greenfield projects), the transport sector and mass media. Dmitry has also led successfully assignments involving legal support for transactions with land plots, including agricultural land, forestry and lands of specially protected natural sites. Performed a corresponding legal due diligence and drafted the transaction structure.
